I understand, but if I buy a rotating proxy service, isn't there the possibility that I automatically pick up my provider's proxies? I mean that I am not going to buy static private proxies but dynamic ones that change every 5 minutes approx.
Usually you get a domain/ip with a port and when adding that, it acts as a gateway that will reroute your traffic o different locations. You actually never see the outgoing proxy. You add that normally, same as a static IP in the proxy dialog.
