Getting 90% of contact form submission failed after buying captcha breaker and running on admin

in GSA Captcha Breaker
as above. as you can see, i have searched all the forums and settings to get this to work. but my success rate is at 10%. even after running as admin. i have bought 25 proxies, captcha breaker, gsa contact form. i am running both softwares on administrator on my windows 11. can i get it up to somewhere near 50%?

    Can you create a project backup and send it to me in private message? This all looks kind of odd and I want to re-run the project against the failed sites here locally to see if it's proxy issue or something else.

    i have similar results, but issue is not 90% bounce, issue is dont having clicks or responses....
    because you can have 30k submissions but you may want results, and this is not going to spam ot blacklisted
