Proxy not working

in GSA Platform Identifier
i am using webshare proxy as backbone connection as following  on gsa ser ranker, but this not work for gsa platform identifier  , i can not import proxy as this to GSAPI , can you give update for it ?

    Not geting any error , but this type of proxy, not import from file or clipbord , nothing happen, but in the gsa its working fine
