I don't get links at all

I think, the problem is in lists, that i uploaded, but not sure. I used to get a lot of links (but not contextual), than created new projects with same settings. Now I can't get any submitted links neither in new nor old projects, which were working fine before. I tried to delete uploaded lists in order to only scrap, but seems, something went wrong. How can I see uploaded lists, which actually working? What else might happened?

By the way, proxies are working.

    I see a lot issues with "Download failed" and search engines not returning anything. Please check if your proxies actually work.
