Add "Ask me Bot" to CB

Would be nice to have "AskmeBot" option in Capcha Breaker so my other SEO tools which use CB for capcha solving can also benefit from the Askmebot service.
Right now this is restricted to GSA SER

    Yes but I believe the other tools would have to support sending those type of question captchas to the service. They might not support it like GSA SER does. 

    I might be completely wrong though. :P

    This should be able to resolved by  CB it self, Just like it identify all other platforms it should be able to identify AskmeBot types and direct them to that service instead of trying to solve it.. I could ofcourse be wrong.
