October 2022 spam update

Good morning,
I have just undergone the update it has affected 30 sites of my network.
All of them were about Dating.
Do you have any feedback on how to manage the problem?
What to do what attitude to adopt?

    The dating niche is challenging. Google's ranking factors seem random. Some niche markets are nearly impossible to rank in, impacting 99% of efforts, I assume. This is likely the case for the dating niche. By the way, I prefer the recent Google updates more than the older ones,
