Banned IP

What does a  banned IP do? If your IP is banned, how does it affect your internet usage, and what can u do about it?

You are just banned from searching that search engine for a short period. This is usually the result of doing too many search queries on it for a short time.

Thank You sven. So I was craping websites from google, I believe, using web contact bot, and I saw this error message saying IP is banned, but later i was able to send messages to those scraped websites though.

Indeed sending the message has nothing to do with search engines and the ban.
