Is there a tutorial for the right settings for proxies

Hi,

How many private proxies do i have to use for save scraping and sending email.
and what will be the best time delay that my proxies will not burn out that fast.

it wil be fine if there whas some video tutorial about put in some basis to do it the right way.

can sombody explain it?

i am using 35 private proxies for sending to 50k websites, but only 10% is sending ok...
i am  not sure about quantity of proxies, nobody answer this question but i will tell you soon when I finish my job,
please tell me your experience too

There is one common formula you can use: one proxy is good for 10 threads.
