csv import

Hello, I'm trying to import a CSV with severas columns as said here https://docu.gsa-online.de/website_contact/running_projects#importcsv_and_macros but when i import the file, columns are not imported. 

Can you help or maybe is there a video for this ? thanks

The listing inside the software does not show the CSV columns. If you move the mouse over one entry, you will see the CSV data as a hint.
