How to start back up, cotact pages loaded...

1) Which option do I choose to start back up where I left off WITH contact paegs loaded (image attached)

2) How do I save the successful contact pages sent?

    1) there is no image attached and I really don't know what you mean!? maybe backup of the project? (right click on the project->backup)
    2) right click on listing->select * -> ... -> choose export on dialog
