Collect Metadata Not Collecting URLs

Just trying this product out and I really like it. However, for some reason many times when running 'collect metadata' many of the keywords will only show information on one or two sites. How can I rescan these sites or be informed of partially finish keywords, when I'm scanning 10k keywords.

    you see a progressbar at the bottom of the GUI which will show how far it is.
