please recommend me a good paid indexing service working great with SER.
recently Google indexing rate is significantly dropped...

    i recommend add to index https://cutt.ly/GVte6rr this has higher success rate 75% , its good for T1 backlinks index. 
    to get Higher index rate , i  do submit each campaign 50 urls . not all links once.

    yes , its up to you but they are giving 50 free credit why don't you try yourself and see
