What is the best SER Verified Link List Service and also Cheap

Hi, I want to buy the SER Verified Link list, but I have no idea what is the best service for it and its affordable price. I need some suggestions, thanks in advance.

I've tried one of them and didn't have much luck.... so I don't really want to suggest it.

'Best' and 'cheap' don't really go together.

I have been using 'gsaserlists' and i am not satisfied to be honest...most of the urls are very low quality with weird domain names.
They are so heavy spammed its unbelievable...These kind of backlinks wont help you with rankings at all.

I plan to test linksplug.com though - they are the cheapest for sure.

i tried them & not that good, you will get urls, but very few, they are identified, not verified

 i have had verified lists as well, & they all seem to give you urls, but not many at all.
