Use a new proxy each X seconds doesn't seem to be working

This option doesn't seem to be working, as I have plenty of working proxies (private), chose use each 20 seconds and the same proxy is stuck for a long time ( > 300 seconds ).

    I'm just realizing that maybe the option is missing a checkbox, hence it not being used as it's not being checked? Just wondering...

    We are solving this via email messages. Right now I think it's working as it should, but I will fix things if we discover an issue here.

    As expected, it is working as expected. The "Connection: close" header was missing in the his app.
