Any Advice on Sending to Contact Forms, or Is there an SOP Thread?

I have a list of about 100k websites that want to GSA to hit their contact forms and send messages. Is there a step by step thread somewhere that I can read? If not, does anyone have any advice for me?

How many proxies should I use?
How many thread?
A recaptcha service to recommend?
