contact 4.6.2 broke

seems updating to 4.6.2 is breaking the soft.
The bot won't start anymore after the update.
I had a old installer, installed it and it worked. I auto updated again and its not starting anymore. 

I downloaded from site the latest download, same thing. 4.6.2 isn't starting.

please check, also please provide a link for 4.6.1 while you're working on this
