pause the project not working on tier project

I have created tier projects and set the "pause on project" to 100 +/- 10 verifications for 1 day. On 3 tier projects with these settings, SER has created 1540, 1587, 3998 verified links before the projects were set on pause...

Tier filter options are: "do follow only", "URLs age in days" 1-30.

Anyone experienced the same?

    you might have used the option "per URL" wich would multiply this on the amount of the URLs it has.

    "per URL" is NOT ticked

    It is working perfectly fine on all other projects. The only difference to these is the "URLs age in days" setting being used here.
