This is pretty great, I have taken @Momo 's path and successfully got this working....I am planning on adding the google indexing API with this and have it run continuously and submit 200 links a day.

The script itself is running fine. But, are the crawlers coming to your site? Do the pages get indexed?

About the only spider activity is really only Yandex and that's always been the case. I saw a bit of Google some weeks ago but that's kinda dried up.
  • you can do more than 200 links a day because they start you with 12 projects which is 2400 links and i just saw i have 22 which is about 4k links. and if you use the api dont send more than 100 links per batch.
  • Have you successfully submitted more than let's say 800 links? because I tend to run into an error that says for that specific google property i could not use the API
  • i am still screwing with...i got a few good runs where gogle came right away and indexed the urls immediately and they were spun money robot sites.then i went off on a tangent and am trying to get back. testing now...lol...and did you put the service account email in the property as a user and set it as owner
  • i might have it down now.  pinged a bunch of urls from one of my sites, then used the second service account with the shortened urls and the shortened urls got crawled immediately, so about 300 urls for the day. maybe i am getting there. btw you can only submit 100 in a batch, go more and it doesnt work.
  • yes I did. I was trying to figure out how let''s say use the Quota from project A & B through the use of a single Service account....otherwise if I have 100 project Ill have to keep rotating between Owners to submit links

  • @Momo is it possible that you share the indexing system ?.
You can see in my messages in the forum, I am not a specialist, I am more than anything a newbie trying to achieve a small success on my sites. So your system won't leak with me.
I don't even speak English well
  • May I ask how to send the shortened link through indexnow
  • You must read all the webmaster content and videos in Bing webmaster.

You will need a file in root of domain your trying to update/index.

Only then will you be able to use after verifying domain.

You can create some automation for this as well, maybe need to create something the will send your links to API.

I believe there is the url submission still and the index now api, but it's for domains you verify only.

If wanting to send a shortened url, you need a domain with a url shortening CMS installed, then you should be able to get this to work.

I think one of them you can send 10,000 a day, as it was increased at some point.

Google limits 200 links per day, right?
  • In Google webmasters, you can check and add a certain amount yes, but I reach my limit in search console way before 200.

Above is talking about Bing webmasters - Index now API and URL Submission to be clear.

These each have there own "limits"

Also, may work well for Yandex and other engines that utilize Index now API, its not really for direct Google indexing unless they adopt it which I'm unsure and pretty certain they did not. If so everyone is using Index now api so its just the norm like hitting pingomatic when you update a Wordpress post by default.
