GSA making other engines links than set

Let's say I selected the Wordpress Article engine only for T1, but GSA is making some links such as blog comments where are tens of thousands of outgoing links.
I am using paid link list - does it mean that the seller does not filter URLs correctly and the WP Article engine .txt file is full of spam comments URLs?
In short - does GSA recognize engines on the fly, or it is using all URLs in a given file blind?

Hello,

You have to make your own list with your own settings.

No seller can claim to sell a verified list.

Because it is only verified with your configuration and your third party tools that you use.

For internal links you can use the Obl filter.

I am using several paid lists and it seems in them both in article engines .txt files are links such as:

Yes, I am using OBL filter, it is set to 55.
