Medium pros or cons

Hey guys, I am new to the forum and intend to create a blog on Medium platform. What are your opinions (pros or cons) about this platform? I heard that it is getting more popular

Medium has no index meta tags on new blogs. There is no SEO value until they remove the no index tags. You can find more information about that online.
