same here bro, 5 days ago I submitted a ticket and got a response from them. I have their email address but I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post their contact email here.
All I know is that there was an issue with the new domain transfers and that their team is migrating them over manually the other day. But I was surprised today to find out that the service is down including their website. Makes me think of creating my own catch-all email instead.
