I posted to a target site with a PR of 0. How can I search for more sites with a PR greater than 0?

    The search itself can't be improved as search engines itself do not deliver a PR value along the search results.

    So far I have hardly seen any sites with PR greater than 0. Is there nothing that can be done?

    You can ignore PR. It’s not a metric that can be accurately measured anymore. Google stopped updating PR a long time ago.
