Why can't this contact form be discovered?

Been going through a lot of the "no contact form found websites" - non-js forms.

Example, this site has an html basic form but GSA Contact cannot find it: https://www.adanaslaw.com/contact-us

I have 1000's of these examples. Any idea why it cannot be recognized?

    I use headless browser for many things daily. I can tell you that even with headless browser and fingerprint anonymization you still will encounter captcha from cf. I believe the issue is a result of ips are being flagged after accessing cf protected websites repeatedly.
