GSA SER not opening

Hi all,

I'm strugling with GSA since it isn't opening. I just see a black screen and that is it.

This is hapenning in both windows 10 and 11.

Any thoughts?

Yes, It just stopped working.

OK, but it was working ones right? Can you tell on what OS and what changed?

It was working perfectly but suddenly it stopped working. I thought that main window was hidden (I use 2 screens but disconnected one). I tried to bring it to front, maximize it and nothing, I just get a black screen and program dosen't respond according to task manager. I'm using windows 11.

is there any way for me to login to this system and check?

Hi Sven, I was finally able to make it work. GSA was hiding inside a desktop window. I did modify windows display arrangement to see it and it didn't show properly when I was maximizing software cause it was displaying a pop up. I closed the pop up and dragged software to main window and that was it.

Thanks for getting back with an explanation. Though I don't know if thats something I can fix for other users. Is there any way how I can reproduct this?
