Is there a way to set an article(s) to be used for certain keyword(s) only (like with URLs #{keyword}) ?

No, but SER tries to use the best matching article for a keywords as it will e.g. search all articles for a given keyword and it will choose the one that has the keyword in it and ignore the rest.
