what's the differece between GSA Website Submitter and SER Directory submit?

as the title says,
I wanna know the main difference between the two.
Isn't it almost the same if I submit my links to Directory using GSA SER with verified list?
I'm interested in  GSA Website Submitter and wanna know how to make use of it before buying

    I put this in the wrong section, it's Website Submitter I am interested in not Contact.

    GSA Website Submitter is not based on any engine as each site in it is configured for itself. BUT of course a lot of the included sites are based on engines that SER can submit to.

    i came in here searching for a similar answer....so does this mean if we have gsa and scrape the footprints for the built in directory engines, we dont need the stand alone auto website submitter?

    are there enough unique domains that we get links from using the auto website submitter that will never be posted to by the main gsa program?
