what can be possible reason of this?

the awaiting account verification never verified .

all my catchall emails are working..

    For me the same - 99% submission.

    So many sites just don't end up sending any verification emails, due to poor configuration or spam prevention.
    The best way to help improve this situation is to send examples of sites where you can sign up and get a verification email, but SER does not get or cannot parse the email.
