Output settings requests

In the output section...the 'insert urls/anchors' configure setting.

I like having just the 'insert anchor in first sentence' and 'insert anchor in random sentence' boxes checked so thats the majority of my links. 

But would like the occasional image link instead for variety.

Could there be a % for the different boxes there? I want mostly anchor text links, but like the idea of maybe 5% or something like that for first or random image links.

A similar function for % on the 'configure link decoration' option would be great too.
