Projects are decreasing verified and submitted links

Hello guys. I have many active projects in gsa and I set different settings for each projects. in day one all projects got too many links but in days two all projects is losing links. I guess the all search engine target url in this software are limit and just get few and stable link numbers. Also I need to know if I check all search engine target url to get many links, Does the links are high quality or can be harmful to projects [spam or penalty]?

    I am losing submitted links not verified links. the verified link in increasing but submitted links decreased

    This is normal behaviour - a link moves from submitted to verified when it is verified.

    Of course! Links are useless unless they're live!
