link building just from import target urls

Hello guys. For some projects I just need to use specific urls that I attend to import and I don't want create many links in google redirects or many unrelated urls. 
How can I do it [just get links from my own url list]?

Turn off all search engines and global lists in project's options, then import your target urls to the project via right click > import target urls
