Disable indexing to google redirects url

Hello. After create some projects I see there are many urls of google redirects and I know these urls just can increase DA and there will be few good effect in SEO and ranking keywords. Is that correct [just increase DA and low effect on seo] or not?
Also how can I prevent indexing links in these urls?

    you can simply add them in global filter (Root URL only) or in project's URL filter (use domains).
