Well, this link list is good for negative SEO or very lower tiers - it has low amount of contextual links such as wordpress, but very high amount of comments, redirects, exploits, etc.

Best link list for contextual link building is serverifiedlists.com - they have very big amount of links for articles, and quite low amount of comments links, etc.
