PR Emulator not working with SER

I'm using GSA Ranker + PR Simulator + Platform Identifier
Tested with Yandex & Alexa Traffic Rating

The emulator only works with identifiers. It does not work with GSA SER
 
Installed according to instructions but PR (port 80) doesn't work
Even disabled GSA Captcha Breaker (port 8181)

    port 80 is required for PR Emulator, you need to make sure no other program is listing on it.

    I checked with
    netstat -aon | findstr :80

    Only PR Emulator is running with address 127.0.0.1:80

    When you really want to use the PR Emulator with SER, simply use the last entry int he list of PR services in the list (google....).

    Working.

    When I install on the SER:
    - turn off proxy PR Checking
    - Select Google disconnect option

    On PR Emulator:
    - Turn off proxy
