How to get more synonym spins with tbs?

in GSA Content Generator
I have my spin settings set to just use tbs and not the internal spinner. My cg and tbs settings are set to use up to 27 synonyms but when i look at the articles i only ever see a max of 6.

    I would say that this is a limitation of TBS.

    i emailed their support asking them about it too as it seems strange to be capped on # of syns per output
