Not getting manual pop up for recap?

I only have 'manual input' checked in the captcha settings...and the 'flash window for attention' box checked

But I keep getting this error when trying to test pbase...why am i not getting a manual pop up box for me to enter?

Thats right because recaptcha is no traditional image captcha. The images you see in your browser are loaded via javascript and this can not be handled with simply sock based http download classes.
