Version 16.12 max supported threads?

v16.12 seems good - it does not overloads CPU and has good VpM.
Only one problem - threads anything above 200 are not handled by this version - it drops to 0-40 after 5-30 minutes and the log stops scrolling. CPU usage drops to 0%.

EDIT: Nevermind, I returned to version 16.04 and all things working fine.
P.s - tested 16.13 - it works worse than 16.12 in my opinion.
