are keywords per URL possible?

is there a way to set specific keywords to sepcific urls in a multiple urls project. for example:
http://domain/url1 - use keywords kw1, kw1a
http://domain/url2 - use keywords kw2, kw2a
and so on
?

OR - different project are needed?
