Captcha solver breakpoint

I am getting this error consistently and causing the server to hang. Is there a way to find out whats causing this error?
Is it capmonster, captcha breaker (GSA), or GSA ser itself ?

It's BrowserCaptchaSolver.exe ... whatever that is...it's no GSA thing.
