Fast Indexer, Redirects and Spam scores of websites

I need your help to decide few things. Any help and any information would be really really greatly appreciated. Thanks

1. Does the Fast indexer backlinks are good for SEO?

2. Are fast indexer backlinks will be seen and Shown in GOOGLE SEARCH CONSOLE under links?

3. Fast indexer backlinks passes the link juice to the target URL?

4. There are lot redirects from clients.google.com and maps.google.com and images.google.com...again, these google image, maps and clients are
indexed by google? and can be shown in google search console for the respective website?

5.i have checked the spam scores of few hundreds websites abd removed them from verified links. Does anyone please help me, getting backlinks from these high spam score websites leads to penalty?.does google even consider/have formula to know the respective websites are spam?

    1. No, just for getting ít indexed faster, do not use it on higher tiers
    2. Some yes, not all, but as you should not use them on your own domain anyway it doesn't matter anyway.
