Tier option indexable only

in GSA Search Engine Ranker
I'm just checking the different options out in more detail now...i see there is a check box for 'indexable only' which is cool...

Is there a way for gsa to do this for the initial first tier links too? Is it checking source code for the noindex tag?

    it is checking the verified links for the noindex tag as well as for being 301 redirects or not.

    i get that...and thinking about it more...i guess it cant check the initial link source for that before the link is actually created. would it maybe be possible for it to check that before verifying it and then adding it to a particular file for manual checking...or just to automatically take it out of the subbed/verified global lists so im not continually building more links on that particular site?
