When to use: Setup -> Advanced ->Tools->
- Remove Duplicate URLs
- Remove Duplicate Domains
- Remove Duplicate URLs + Domain Based on Engine
- Clean up

And what are the diffrent between them or where we can find documents  / video




Also when you right click on project 

- When we use the Delete Target URL Cache 
- Delete Target URL History
- Delete Unused Account
- Reset Data

When to use: Setup -> Advanced ->Tools->
- Remove Duplicate URLs << will remove duplicate urls (exact urls) from site lists
- Remove Duplicate Domains << will remove urls where just the domain is the same
- Remove Duplicate URLs + Domain Based on Engine << will decide by itself if a url or domain removal is best for this engine type. Because for certain engines it makes sense keeping urls from same domain when it's e.g. a BlogComment engine.

- Clean up << will download each url in site list and check if this is still alive and matching the engine it was previously sorted in

- Delete Target URL Cache  << removes all imported urls or those found by search engines that the project is about to submit next
- Delete Target URL History << will remove the history so that the project will try to submit again to each found url, even though it tried before and failed
- Delete Unused Account << will remove accounts that where created but never used
- Reset Data << will do other things you get queried in a dialog
