skip sites with more that x outgoing links

I see that there has been issues in the past with this option. Can someone confirm that GSA will not post to any url that has lets say more than 50 external links? Once this option is selected and set

It is working correctly here. The only thing you need to know is, that an already placed link (maybe by another project or tool) is collected and added as verified anyway, no matter what setting or filter you use since it is already there anyway.
