What is the Captha Breaker API ?

I want to develop a small program which will send a captcha to captcha breaker.

What is the API ?
What should I send ?
Is it REST API ?
TCP ?

you can use de-captcha API and just exchange the host with 127.0.0

I tried to google: "de-captcha API" but didn't find anything
