Why Am I Getting URL and Not KW Link?

in Need Help
I do NOT have Use Citation or Domain as anchor text checked on this particular project.

In Options, I DO have Try to always place an URL with an anchor text in descriptions/comments Checked off.

I would think this should yield anchors with links and not domain?

Any help would be appreciated.

    some engines simply do not take any anchor but plain URLs only. Can you give a sample in pm ?
