GSA captcha breaker seems to stop working

GSA captcha breaker seems to stop working when I enable run as web server with my IP and then run a custom port nr 80 do you know why?
it runs with GSA SER

    Might be a firewall issue!? Try opening that in browser to see if it's still reacting.

    still does not work. How can I open the captcha breaker through the browser?

    why do you want to run it as webserver anyway? With SER it is not required.
