Is it possible to test proxies and check for new proxies at different frequencies?

Hello,

I was wondering if it's possible to test proxies on say a 30 minute interval but check for new proxies on a longer interval?

    As you found out, it's happening one after the other. Having it in two separate threads would mean you have to define the amount of threads for testing and scraping. I think this is over-complicating things but let's hear what others think about it.
