GSA stopped working on VPS now being asked for code, tried sending to info@gsa-onine.de but get fail

I did some windows updates on my VPS now it's saying I need to request a code, it told me to send the request to -> info@gsa-onine.de

However the email is failing and not sending, how else can I request the code please anyone?

I have no other form of contact than on here/BHW and the info@gsa-onine.de which does not work.

    I really need help on this guys, I have clients campaigns that need to run. As mentioned the email that the GSA tells me to contact does not even work?
