Does (or could) CG scrape youtube text?

I was just looking over this tool and figured cg already did this, but looked around in the sources section and only see youtube as a video source of content, not text...is there a current option Im missing or could one be added that CG could scrape all the caption/transcript/descriptions/etc type of text content on whatever youtube videos we wanted ?

    On the source list you have a checkbox at the bottom called "Use Youtube Subtitles (CC) for Articles".
