Yandex Not Working Anymore?

Hi all
Has anyone else encountered this? Yandex seems to not connect anymore. Typical error message is:
IP Address :: Wrong Reply
Any suggestions?

    yandex as in what? The PR<->YandexTIc ?

    Yes. Yandex no longer returns PR. Just the error message. AlexaTrafficRank seems to work intermittently.
