Multiple anchor is not working at URL field

Yes you are doing incorrect :P

#anchor2 is the secondary one...it's not handled as an alternative to #anchor1

you have to use http://www.gsa-online.de/#{anchor1|anchor2}#{secondary.anchor1| secondary.anchor2|...}
